Match Analysis
The Bengal Warriors have lost three out of their most recent four matches. The slump in form is dangerous, as it comes during a crucial stage in PKL 9, but the problems are not new. Maninder Singh and Deepak Niwas Hooda have not been consistent enough in the attack. Also, their defense keeps on making mistakes and is often handing out points. The only way that the Bengal Warriors win is if one of their experienced raiders has a good game, something that can happen quite easily.
Narender had the game of his life when he scored 24 points against Dabang Delhi KC in the previous match and helped the Tamil Thalaivas to an important win. That performance would have given him a lot of confidence and he could be crucial in this next match as well. Sagar in the defense will be the main threat to the Bengal Warriors' defense. While the Tamil Thalaivas have been inconsistent, they have fewer big egos on the mat and can often play better as a team.
