The Bengal Warriors are coming into this match on the back of a loss against the Patna Pirates. They after a decent start to the competition, they have won just two out of their last five matches. Maninder Singh has scored 75 points from 8 games, an excellent return, but the emergence of some truly exceptional raiders in the PKL seems to have left him behind the curve. A strong performance against a team like the Gujarat Fortunegiants could be the opportunity he is looking for to make a statement.
With 12 tackle points in his last five games, PO Surjeet Singh has led the Bengal Warriors well in defense but he will be aware of the need to do more. Especially against one of the best attacking sides in the competition.

There is no team in better form than the Gujarat Fortunegiants. They are coming into this match well rested and with all players fit.
